An exceptionally long and drawn-out process taking over 2 months.
An initial screening phone call with HR to confirm the basics of work rights and such was followed with a zoom call with the hiring department head.. the third phase was a case study to be prepared and delivered to head of sales and head of CS over Zoom, finally a call with the lead of one of the market segments.
After a not-insignificant investment of time, I believe that Go1 ghosting at the end was poor form.

Interview
Unpleasant ghosting experience before the interview. Go1 KL-based recruiter contacted me on Saturday asking for the shortlisting interview on the same day. I suggested Monday morning and we agreed at 10.30 am. By 10.28 am, it was obvious he changed his mind and rescheduled for Tue at 3 pm. As the story goes, he never called. I like the company and the role, but recruiter like this is a red flag for me.
