I applied online. I interviewed at GoDaddy (Nottingham, England) in Aug 2018
Interview
Started off well organised, I received an email asking to attend as assessment day and had a couple of phone calls to confirm and tell me about what would happen during this assessment - this made me feel at ease as it was my first interview from university. The day itself was enjoyable and didn't feel pressurizing. The activities included a team building exercise, then a group presentation then finished with a 1-1 interview. The whole afternoon seemed to run smoothly and I left feeling pretty happy and confident. We then received an email a week later apologising for the delay in response to job offers. Another week passed and I then emailed their recruiting team who responded and said higher management were on holiday so the process was delayed. ANOTHER week passed and I emailed again and got no response. This was VERY unprofessional and during this process I was holding off other opportunities for this and we didn't even get any feedback and to this day I still haven't been told if i even got the job or not - obviously I am glad as the company itself seems very hierarchical and a 'glammed' up call centre.
Overall started off well - great recruitment process but unprofessional in not even letting people who bothered to attend the day know.
Adding to this, I don't even know if this job role exists, as another advert popped up on Indeed with the same job description stating 'no previous applicants'....seems fishy to me.
