I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GoDaddy (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jul 2012
Interview
3 interviews, one with supervisor and other person, one with supervisor, one with dept manager and supervisor. Also there is a hand written html and css test. Basically they give you a blank piece of paper and tell you to write html and inline css to build a table with a certain amount of rows/columns and then to create a div element with text on the left and floating an image to the right. If you pass all that then you have to build a simple 5 page website and web store within 4 hours.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GoDaddy (Gilbert, AZ) in Mar 2013
Interview
Applied online. Process took over 4 weeks. First was contacted by an internal recruiter to set up an interview with an "Agency Leader." Then was sent a design project for a fictional company that I was asked to design and code in 2 days. Then had a follow up interview with 2 Senior Directors. My overall impression from the Sr. Directors is that they are not keen on freelancers because they don't think they can keep up with the work load at GoDaddy. Work volume was stressed many times over.
