There was a phone screen which was followed up by an in office interview. I was emailed on a Thursday around 5:00 p.m. saying I had been scheduled for an in-person interview that Monday at 10 a.m. No one had even spoken to me to confirm I could make the interview.
The hiring manager was aware that I needed to travel 4 hours to reach the interview site. I should have been given time slots and different days to choose from.
During the in-person interview, there were four rounds with interviewers. Some of the sessions had multiple interviewers in them.
Costs associated with travel and parking are the responsibility of the candidate.
Over a month after interviewing, I still have not received a rejection email. I find this to be in poor taste and would not apply to the organization again.
