Had 2 teams interviews, the 2nd interview (will not name names), was just as positive as the first. The first manager sent me a thank you and scheduled the 2nd. She was going to set up a third that same week. 3 days went by and nothing so I sent a follow-up email, she ghosted me. I decided to follow-up with the first hiring manager, he ghosted me as well. Very unprofessional tone in a corporate role and not respond to a potential candidate. I was also contacted 3 months after I applied. I was excited for the opportunity, however leadership should be the last person ghosting candidates. I was in a high leadership role and never ignored someone.
