I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Gold's Gym (Milwaukee, WI) in Oct 2011
Interview
Initially, I was the person to contact the gym about a week after I applied. The General Manager conducted a phone interview, asking about my interests and achievements, and then brought me in for a face to face interview. The face to face interview was more in depth about my knowledge and personality, and a skills test was then scheduled, to take a 'client' through a sample workout. They judged on how frequently you encouraged the client, how often you made corrections to their form and helped them through the workout. Overall, it was a very simple interview process and the company as a whole was very welcoming. The compensation is better than fair, and the other employees are always willing to help.

Question 1
Describe a problem that you have encountered in a previous work experience, and how you handled it.
Great and easy conversation. Manager was very nice and easy to talk to. Was more like a typical conversation than an interview. After the interview we actually went through a few exercises and I had to write out a training plan for different individuals.
walk in, get swole. loved every second they were polite and asked questions i was very interested in as a gym goer. must be large to walk in though lots of gear taken place.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gold's Gym (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
It was a pretty easy-going interview. They did ask lots of questions, but it wasn't intimidating. It lasted a little over 30 minutes. They were really just trying to get to know me and see if i would be a good fit for the enviroment.
