I applied in-person. I interviewed at Gold's Gym (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2013
Interview
Series of 4 interviews and simulation. The first interview is similar to a Human Resources weeding-out process. The second interview is with management to determine your level of commitment. The third interview is shadowing a personal training session with a real client. The fourth interview is actually doing a personal training session while being observed.
Great and easy conversation. Manager was very nice and easy to talk to. Was more like a typical conversation than an interview. After the interview we actually went through a few exercises and I had to write out a training plan for different individuals.
walk in, get swole. loved every second they were polite and asked questions i was very interested in as a gym goer. must be large to walk in though lots of gear taken place.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gold's Gym (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
It was a pretty easy-going interview. They did ask lots of questions, but it wasn't intimidating. It lasted a little over 30 minutes. They were really just trying to get to know me and see if i would be a good fit for the enviroment.
