I applied online. I interviewed at Goldberg Segalla (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
Interviewers were kind, understanding, and responsive. Second interview scheduled quickly. Note: It is absolutely frustrating forcing people to do reviews in order to see the reviews. I know of people who write fake ones just to bypass this.
I interviewed at Goldberg Segalla (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
I had an initial phone screen with someone from HR in Buffalo, then one round with two Partners in the Practice Group I was applying for, then a final round with the Office Managing Partner. It took about two weeks total.

Question 1
Generic interview questions, why interested in the practice area, background history, etc.
First had an informal interview via zoom with the department head I would be working directly with. A later follow up with a partner based in NYC the following week. Both people I spoke to were warm and welcoming, clear about expectations and truly got to know me. However there were multiple emphasis points on meeting a minimum billable of 1900 hours. Offer was $72,500 with no built in PTO or real achievable bonuses structure without working absurd hours.
