Interview
The selection process involved two rounds of interviews at the London office. The first one lasted around 30 minutes and was with two VPs. Only few competency based questions, with the rest focusing more on the functions of Controllers, motivations for applying to that specific role and the company in general. For the second round, I had two interviews, each with two interviewers. Fewer competency based questions and slightly more technical than the first round. All interviewers were very friendly, both rounds were pretty relaxed.
Video Interview -> Superday (one round more behavioural one more CV based), be thorough with CV and should be good, rest are general behavioral questions like what will you do in a team where there isn't consensus etc
Hirevue, then reference check, then 3-round Superday online. Was asked mostly behavioral questions though occasional drillings into basic finance and accounting concepts. Positive experience, call back from recruiter following interview.
Application, Virtual interview, Virtual super day. Everyone was very friendly and seemed easy-going. It was interesting to be interviewing over Zoom but the company did a good job of trying to make it feel like a normal interview.
