it was good, nice team and not too difficult process. it was in person and only 1 superday. 4 people interviewed and they were all nice, mostly asked about market trends and stuff.
nepo heavy, we had a practice call before the actual interview. The interview process consisted of 3 interviews with people from the team, basic questions mostly behavioral and fit to location
Hirvue behavioural followed by super day of 6 interviews technical, resume and few behavioural back to back with 5 minutes break in between. was held virtually with 2-3 interviewers per call. Technicals were typical portfolio management questions and some technicals regarding key terms in portfolio theory. Questions about the news, fed fund rates and investment strategies as well.
