I applied online and the process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Good Apple Digital (New York, NY). I applied via LinkedIn, had a 20 mins phone screening, 2 onsite interviews and a presentation assignment to deliver to the team. At the interview, I met individually with 3 people. Everyone I met was kind, friendly and enthusiastic about Good Apple, and overall the interviews were very relaxed, interactive and easy-going. The team seemed incredible to be a part of and work alongside.
I sent thank you notes to each person I met with, and received welcoming and encouraging responses in return. I was told that I would hear back within two weeks, but that never happened. That is yet understandable, however, I was highly disappointed that my follow up emails week after week were ignored by Elise Fitzgerald, Chief Happiness Officer. A simple response, update, “thanks but no thanks” would be much acknowledged after the time I had taken to work on their assignment and come in 2 times.
