Goodwill Store Manager, Ventura County, Ca interview questions

There was NO interview process. My email from goodwill said it as an interview for store manager-moorpark. I get there & then told I'm going to a conference room. I'm given an application. So I'm thinking, maybe the interview comes after the application. No! A class starts for job seekers entering the workforce. Talk about a bait & switch! ! What a scam to keep their retail grant from Walmart. Classless....
