Google Partnerships Manager interview questions

I made it through 5 interviews to the hiring committee. Was referred in by a high level contact. Interview 1: Recruiter screen call. They are not Googlers, they're contractors out of Michigan, same place they do GMB / Ads Support. Completely scripted phone call and I could tell recruiter was reading off approved copy. They will not share compensation ranges at this stage but grill you for yours. I later figured out any offer would be far below my last OTE. Questions are fairly straightforward, basically just checking you off against the job posting. Interview 2: Hiring Manager Call. I asked to switch this to video call (use Hangouts like a Googler!). This was more of a cultural fit interview. Have a few stories ready to backup your points. Big picture and tactical level detail. Have 3/4 questions ready to ask. Interview 3: Experience Interview - again have plenty of anecdotes and success stories ready that validate your experience and match with the posting. Mix in new points to make, don't just use the same anecdotes through all interviews. Interview 4: In-person. THE INTERVIEW COORDINATOR SENT ME TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Bit of a joke considering the the coordinator's full time job is to organize interviews. Didn't help my nerves and I had to reschedule as interviewer was booked after my timeslot. When it happened, similar conversation to interview 3 with some role related philosophical and strategic questions thrown in. This was with a higher level executive. Interview 5: Was told it would be on role related knowledge conversation but was an engineer and a product manager-like interview. Full of hypothetical questions from a product perspective. I enjoyed the challenging conversation but found it a tad irrelevant to the job I was applying for and the interviewer was the coldest from all I met. All interviews spent minimal time getting to know each other as people and introductions were extremely brief. You are a ticket at a deli counter even when relationship building skills are a core piece of the skillset required to be successful in any partnerships role. This whole process took +3 months. Longest I've ever experienced and did turn me off a bit as felt it was indicative of the speed at which Google makes decisions and moves work overall.
