First you meet with a member of HR. They ask very basic situational and behavioral questions. The interviewer takes notes and it felt as if they were just going through the routine and not really listening to what I was saying. The second step is interviewing with the actual eCommerce director. First you have to take a personality test and IQ test which lasted 30 to 45 minutes. Then you meet 1:1 with the eCommerce director. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and valued what I had to say in response to the questions. He mostly asked about my experience at school and past job experience. Overall, it was a laid back and positive experience. The questions were not very difficult. If you are chosen for the position you then have to go take a drug test in Owatonna at least 2 weeks before your start date.
