I applied online, and less a week I got phone interview then waited for almost a week later - I was processed to second interview in-person with the manager and went on the tour then at the end, they offered me a job and I accepted it.

Was contacted the day after submitting my resume. Sort of a short, casual interview over the phone. They have you fill out survey of traits describing yourself. Hiring process is lengthy. Two interviews, background and reference checks. A physical test.
