Granicus Sales Operations Analyst interview questions

Very bad interview experience with this company. I applied on a job board and was reached out to almost immediately. Scheduled the phone interview that week with the recruiter. He calls and it's obvious that he hasn't looked over my resume at all. Barely asks me any questions besides "tell me about yourself". The call lasted less than 10 minutes which sucks because I really prepared for it. In the end he told me he'd send the info to the manager and get back to me on Monday around lunch time. I never heard back from him. I followed up a few days after that and still no response. I finally got a generic rejection email from the company email address...almost 2 months after I applied. Honestly I felt like they just scheduled an interview because they wanted to check mark their list that they interviewed a "diverse" candidate. And judging by their recent influx of negative employee reviews on here I guess I dodged a bullet.
