I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Street Group (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2021
Interview
There is a pretty long and structured process. The interview process is conducted in three phases. The first phase is with HR and the hiring manager, each 30 minutes long. The second phase is with potential co-workers, two 30 minute interviews with 2 people in each interview. The third phase (which I never got to) is with upper management.
Phase one is a relatively straightforward, typical interview.
Phase two is more of an interrogation than an interview. They seem to have a setlist of questions that they throw at you in a rapid-fire fashion. Your answers are expected to be short and concise. I got the impression that they also have a setlist of answers they are expecting. Basically, you are asked a question and have a set time to answer. If you take too long to answer your cut-off and move on to the next question all the while you are being evaluated.
I never got to phase three.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Street Group (Madison, WI) in Sep 2023
Interview
Starts with a phone interview with a member of their HR team. Then they have you complete a SQL assessment which was pretty simple (and they give you the option to complete this before the onboarding interview). Then I had a call with a manager of specialists at the company.

Question 1
Pretty generic interview questions, but definitely dug more into the specifics of my work compared to other interviews.
The interview process took 3 rounds and I did not receive an offer. The first round was a 60 minute google meet call that was straightforward. The next week was another 60 minute google meet call with additional employees. The final round was an all-day video call with 30 min meetings with the COO / CTO / dual CEO's and a 2 hour case study. The mini-meetings were very formal and leadership was cold / unfriendly. The middle management I interviewed with in rounds 1 and 2, however, were very friendly and very open.
While HR made this 3 round process as quick as possible, I do think it was excessive. When asked for feedback on why I did not receive an offer, I was told I did not have enough experience. While that is understandable, I also think they should have been able to determine that after the first round, rather than prolong a 3 week process.
