Kind of weird? When you apply for the job online, they give you a 1 hr limit to write a project you recently worked on. Then ask you to talk about the project again in the screening interview, without directly jumping into follow up questions about the project you wrote about in your online application. Waste of time imo + puts an unnecessary amount of burden of candidate Also got quizzed about my design decisions rather than my research decisions in the screening interview which was weird
