It took over a month to receive an interview request after filling out their IQ test and essay test. I had already started a new role since applying, so I wasn’t as interested, but the company had good reviews overall, and interviews are tough to come by, so I completed the call anyways. I thought the person interviewing me was condescending, and every time I answered one of the questions, mostly unrelated to the role, his response was almost like he was trying to amuse himself. Maybe he is bored with his day. I did not get selected to move forward with their video interviews with the next layer of HR or their multiple hours of unpaid interviews. I also see they pay less on avg for the type of position I was applying for, so overall, this obviously wasn’t the right fit for us.
