I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Great Minds in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview process was pretty seamless. A recruiter contacted me and then I had 5 rounds of interviews within 5 weeks. They said they were in need of a quick hire and the process reflected that. All interviews conducted via Zoom. Once I reached the final round they told me they had one more interview to conduct later that week and then they were planning to make a decision and get offers out by the following week. I realize corporate can move glacially slow and a thousand reasons could come up as to why they would take longer than promised - however after 3 weeks and several follow-ups on my part I still heard nothing. Then the recruiter let me know she had also heard nothing. After five weeks total I reached out to the VP and let him know that I was disappointed that their company can't even be bothered to let candidates know that they were not chosen, after taking up that much of our time with interviews. It was only after that did I immediately receive a follow-up email from the hiring manager letting me know they did indeed go in a different direction and she had just been so busy she didn't have time to reply to me.
I understand it's a competitive world out there and busy is an understatement, but I feel it reflects quite poorly on a company that they can't even be bothered to send a form email to applicants who make it quite far in the process. That takes next to no time at all, and I really think companies need to understand that they are being interviewed as well.

Question 1
Fairly standard interview asking about PM experiences, tools used, number of projects worked on at a given time, comfort level with multitasking and various workflows.
Pretty straight forward. Except they moved the interview time right before the scheduled time and then they were late to the meeting. They seem like they are definitely growing. Don not know if that is good or bad yet.

Interview
Interviews were informal. They asked about my background, why I applied for the position, and some general business-type questions. Everyone was very friendly and kind. I spoke with the recruiter first, then went through 2 interviews and created a presentation before meeting with the director who made the offer.

Interview
I had a phone screening and was told if I proceed it'll be a more in depth screening the next time. A day later I sent a thank you email but I never heard from them again. Not even an email saying they went with another candidate.
