Application online, followed by psychometric assessment, followed by a panel interview by GM and Team manager. Full interview just over an hour and was extensive. A combination of 'what if' scenarios and tell us how would you handle that, and tell us about your experience and how it is relevant to this role.
Was called and then asked to come in for an interview. Went in for an interview by 2 people. Relaxed interview, nice interviewers. Mainly behavourial questions with some technical questions thrown in there.
