Interview
The interview process seemed very disingenuous and I felt like the entire process was heavily AI driven to the point where it lost most of the human connection to it. I pulled out of the process after moving on to one of the next steps.

Question 1
If I were to reach out to your past employer, what’s one thing they’d say you’d need to work on?
Horrible experience. Manager had no personality at all, and asked way too many interrogative questions. The questions clearly seemed to be AI/ not organic, and it was obvious that the manager was reading from a script. She moved me to the next round. Then came the part that everyone seems to have issues with. Had to submit an assignment, which took hours and was essentially free labor. My assignment was done very well. I followed up multiple times to ultimately be rejected. All this to say, this role 2-3 steps down from my past experience, with very very pay for this position. I was way overqualified, yet my assignment wasn't good enough? Makes 0 sense at all, and I did free labor essentially. "
