Greenman-Pedersen interview questions

Received an email to set up a conference call with the Marketing Director & Chief Marketing Officer. It was a relatively informal conversation where they asked me a bit about my past work history and projects. Phone call lasted about 90 minutes. They asked me to come up to the offices for a formal interview. It was a 3 hour drive for me. Interview went very well. They went more in depth about my experience and what I thought I could bring to the position. They needed someone who was creative and hard working and I thought I fit the bill. We then did lunch which was informal and it seemed like they were just trying to get a feel for me as a person. I was then introduced to several people around the office and given a copy of the company hand book. They asked me my salary requirements and I left without an offer. Received an email/offer letter about 2 weeks later and I accepted.
