After submitting my resume, I was asked to take a personality and IQ test. After completing these tasks, I was contacted for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted approximately 40 minutes and went well. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview where I would take the same test over again, talk with the recruiter, get a tour of the office and meet with the hire manager. When I arrive for my interview, there was NO ONE in the entire office. The reception area was empty and when I called the recruiter I was suppose to meet, no answer. After waiting 10 minutes, someone finally entered the lobby and asked if I had been helped. I was given a badge to enter a room and was told the person I was meeting wasn't in that day and wasn't sure if or when they were returning. I was treated like I just walked in off the street asking if they were hiring. They gave me the IQ test again, then immediately showed me the door. A complete waste of my time. They were completely incompetent and rude.
