The interview process took a couple of weeks. Came onsite to meet with the recruiter and HR Generalist. Few days later had a Skype interview with another xAd recruiter and HR Manager. Interview process was rather quick and always had prompt responses when inquiring about status updates. Really enjoyed my interview with the recruiter, since she was enthusiastic and upbeat when talking about the company. It is rare to interview somewhere where the person you are interviewing with actually seems engaged and interested in what you have to say. Walked away from the interview with positive feelings and knew that this is somewhere I would like to be. Since working here I have met so many great people. Everyone makes you feel included, even executives! They always remember who you are and what you do!
