Spoke with the recruiter, then the hiring manager on phone. Then, was brought on for a on-site interview. This interview happened around the time of the name change and the whole CEO debacle. I actually really enjoyed meeting with the team and doing the interview exercises. But I never heard back from them.. even after reaching out again a few weeks later. No response. I understand the company is going through a lot during this time period but it would've been good at least to give an update to the candidate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at GroundTruth
Interview
My interview process started with a LinkedIn outreach from the GroundTruth team and I hopped on a call with TA. Next, I spoke to the hiring manager and a panel of interviewers. Then, I talked to a few leadership members and after 2 months, we wrapped up the process. In total, I spoke to ten individuals which gave me a great understanding of GroundTruth.
