Interview process was extremely thorough and well-organized until the very end. A couple days after the final round (a full day of 8 back-to-back interviews), I received an automated email asking me to review my experience interviewing with the company, which signaled to me they would not be moving forward with me as a candidate. About a week later I received an email from the HR team asking to set up a call. She wasn't available to talk for another 5 days, and when we did, she asked about my interview experience in detail, shared a lot of positive feedback about me, then told me they wouldn't be moving forward. The whole thing felt unnecessarily dragged out before I was officially rejected for what felt like a 2nd time.

It was efficient. The recruiter call was fairly short, it only lasted about 15 minutes. The second phone screening was longer, for about 30 minutes. The in-person interview lasted 1.5 hours.
