1st interview - interview has common interpersonal skills and some basic technical questions
2nd interview - was more technical interview questions.it has questions like tell me about yourself, about your current and past project, and then requirement specific technical questions. in my case, mostly on C# , .NET and design pattern

Simple, efficient and fast
I met with the VP of prod dev and another peer (Project Manager), the questions were related to the experience rather than any academic skills, I was also given a what-if situation.
