I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2014
Interview
Was fairly simple. Forwarded my resume to HR, and received an email back from them in a day or two. Mostly behavioral questions gauging your character with some trick/quick response questions thrown in to see your ability to think on your feet. On the whole the interview process wasn't particularly stressful. Expect a normal interview process with in all likelihood a relatively friendly atmosphere.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Guggenheim Partners (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
Started off with a phone interview with a recruiter. Discussed fit and behavior and technical skills. Then was asked to take part in an interview on site with 3 members of various teams. Team members are busy so scheduling took some time but they were able to pick a good time that worked with all schedules.
