I was scouted by a recruiter from Insight Global, they were super nice to work with. I had two interviews with them one phone call and one zoom call. I met with two managers from the compliance department and I was told I would hear back within two days. After those two days I followed up with my recruiter and they wanted to meet again with two other managers. I met with them and everything went well, I felt I got along with everyone. I had four interviews in total with no offer. They told me that they want their employees to stay long term but there was little chance for promotion within that department.
