Interview
It was a really positive experience. My Recruiter was extremely informative, and really broke down the interview process for me. There was the recruiter screen, and then a series of 3 different mini interviews with different people in one day. One of those interviews included a mock session where you put your knowledge to the test by "selling" to the customer. It really tests you as a candidate to see if you're prepared for the role! At the end of it, I was told I got the job a couple days later. VERY respectable, considering I was getting ghosted left and right by recruiters. I am looking forward to working at Gusto, and meeting all of the wonderful people with whom I will be collaborating alongside.
