I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Gusto in Aug 2023
Interview
Submitted for an open Treasury Manager role in early July. Was contacted in mid-August to set up an initial phone screen for the role. The first available open calendar spot was 3 weeks later (last week of August). Five minutes before the call was to take place, I received an email to reschedule. The call finally takes place 2 days later and after spending 15 minutes of "please take me through your background", I was then notified that this role is mysteriously no longer Remote eligible and ask if I would be open to relocating to 1 of their 3 geographic locations. 9-10 weeks of a pending process that could have been addressed in 1 email. I'd say this organization does not have a clue how to operate.
