I couldn't get past the phone interview, which finally happened on the 4th attempt, due to them rescheduling me and then they misses two rescheduled interviews. I thought it went okay but I was told on the same call that they filled the position within and that they'd contact me when they had something else, or I contact them if I see a listing. I did see a listing and contacted them and applied. I ended up getting an email saying they were going with another applicant. I wasn't really given the time of day. Only a phone screen for a position they didn't have. I thought I wanted to work for HG Fenton, but it all worked out in the end because I ended up getting a mega promotion with my existing company. I'm a great employee and I would of been a great asset to HG Fenton, if I was given a chance. I'm glad to work for a company that values me.
