Just started with the PI test and got a response that they will be in touch within the next two weeks for the next step in the interview process. Seems kind of lengthy being that I have an offer already so I wonder how long this will take. Does anyone know what the salary is for this position ?

They had me take an online personality test. They gave me my results back and they were completely wrong. I was well qualified for the position I applied for and I felt their personality test hurt my chances because I guess it said I wasn't a good fit? My advice would be to not give out these personality tests. Even the creators of them say they should be for fun and not be used as a business tool. If you want to get to know an applicant's actual personality, call them.

formal interview with many questions. Come prepared to speak on your past experiences and your personality on how you can make the company better. Seemingly looking for authentic and personable individuals. Interviewers were extremely pleasant and very interested in getting to know me on a personal level (have to be open and allow yourself to be vulnerable and honest). Questions centered around honesty, integrity, leadership, and fair-mindedness. I absolutely love all the members I have met so far at HG Fenton and it is a wonderful company to now have the privilege to be apart of!
