H.G. Fenton Leasing & Marketing Manager interview questions

The interview process was great! I interviewed with H.G. Fenton earlier this year but didn't move forward as the drive was too far at the time. Moving forward I get a call from a recruiter did another phone screening and then was offered to go in office. There I was met with a super warm welcome, and nice people. I felt at ease during the interview and spoke with three different people. First was my recruiter, and next was the community director and project director. Finally when that was done, I spoke to my recruiter and he let me know id hear back within two business days. I loved from the beginning they were super transparent with pay and benefits without needing any prompting on my end so no awkward convos there. Lots of scenario questions so come prepared. You will also have to take a wonderlic assessment so study for that and you're golden.

They first start with a phone call and then an in-person interview. My favorite phone interview I have had in a while, very friendly and informative on role descriptions. The in-person interview is in their office, which is very open and in a beautiful part of town. Overall one of my favorite interview processes I have had in a while.
