H.G. Fenton Leasing & Marketing Manager interview questions

Applied to this position via Craigslist. was contacted by their recruiter the same day asking availability for a 10 min phone interview via email on Wednesday. I finally received a response a week later. After that phone call with the recruiter I was asked to be apart of a 45 minute Zoom interview with the recruiter. I was told I would be contacted by someone else at that company to confirm the meeting and get information on a wonderlic test. Was not contacted till a day before the second scheduled interview. I took the test had the second interview. the wonderlic test was not even sent to the recruiter conducting the second interview. Zoom meeting did not go well as she double booked the meeting times so we had to just speak on the phone before she could allow me to join her via Zoom. I not sure as to why she couldn't just create a new meeting link but anyways. Interview was concluded, I sent thank you follow up on a Tuesday was told 8 days later they would be moving on. Asked feedback and was provided none.

The interview process was awesome. Very streamlined. From Human Resources to directors, they really made my experience and time feel valued. Happy to say that I've accepted a position in Austin.
