Overall they care about better your customer service skills and as well helping you grow to whatever new positions you might be interested in.

it went well but it felt rushed seems like they were busy that day. Wanted to complete observe candidates and judge them based on actions in a group setting. And then pull you to do an individual touch base if interested.
