Lengthy, but well worth it. Meet with a lot of individuals from various departments. 3 stages after applying online: phone call, inital in person interview and finally a follow up interview where you meet with the owner.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HCSS (Sugar Land, TX) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview process starts with the Assessment Questionnaire, which shouldn't be too difficult to pass if you are knowledgeable in basic math and dedicate time to work the word problems with just a pen, paper and calculator.
If you pass the assessment, the HR Recruiter will schedule a phone interview if your application meets the needs of the company. The phone interview with the HR Recruiter was such a great experience, I personally like the way it was handled.
If the phone interview goes well, you are then scheduled for a second in-house interview with the team, which also consist of taking the assessment test again in person (easier the 2nd time) then meet with the team either individually or in a team setting. The questions were based mostly on the experience listed on your resume and there is no other way to put it except be honest with your answers.
Overall, I enjoyed this interview process even though I was not offered the position. I have nothing negative to say about this experience or this company's interview process. If anyone finds a fault in the process, this might be due to their own personal issues.
