submitted an application on-line and was contacted a few days later to go in for an interview. The interview went well and they requested a drug screen. after the results were finalized We set up a start date. The whole process took less than 2 weeks. The first day was all paperwork and some simple question and answer video stuff.
Phone screen by the Recruiter and scheduled for an in person interview with the Hiring Manager. Questions were focused around forklift experience, dependability and safety. I was offered the job on the spot. The onboarding process was fast.

The interview was really laid back....the main concern was..what was I able to bring to the company to help there growth and development...which I responded with...i'll be bringing my vast warehouse experience and hard work ethic...which seemed to impress the interviewer...after that the questions were mainly about my past work experience...the interview actually went rather smooth
