Interview
Easy concise interview process. The executive leadership team is transparent and helpful. One of the best interview processes I’ve been apart of.
I highly recommend this company for growth and transparency.
Thorough process, good communication. The people team was transparent and was with me every step of the way. Definitely one of the more put together interviews i've ever had. I'd recommend researching the company, the competitive landscape, and be ready for a mock call.

Question 1
What is one of the hardest things you've ever done.
I participated in a series of interviews with several different members of the team, each focusing on various aspects of the role and evaluating my skills from different perspectives. Toward the end of the process, there was a mock call conducted by one of the managers, designed to simulate a real-life customer interaction. The mock call was relatively straightforward and not overly challenging, allowing me to demonstrate my communication abilities and problem-solving approach in a practical setting.

Interview
Process took about 3 weeks. Recruiter was great and on top of things. 2nd interviewer was a no show.. waited for over 30 minutes then ultimately had to be rescheduled. Then I had a final interview with hiring manager and the team. Team was awesome. But final Interviewer seemed like he didn't want to be there, it was end of day so perhaps he was tired. It was a bummer because I was enthusiastic about the job up until that final interview. Even after the no-show. Then they asked me to do a survey before even getting back to me..
