HGS Customer Service Advisor interview questions

I applied of the position online and was contacted by the recruitment agency who organised the interview. The interview day lasted 2 hours. I had to complete a literacy & numerical test. There were also so questions to test computer skills. This was followed by a short 1-1 interview with the recruitment manager. Within an hour of leaving the interview, I was offered the job.

It was a two hour interview with a brief questionnaire i had to fill in. questions involved mathematics, logic, verbal, grammar, computer skills followed by a verbal interview. pen and all facilities were provided. the interviewer was friendly and easy to approach
