I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HGS (Manila, Manila) in May 2022
Interview
So, the interview is the basic process: interview with Human Resources, then senior training manager, and finally the training director. What’s weird is that they do a job offer and then I find out the requisition for the position hasn’t been approved yet. And then they cancelled the job interview meeting 5 minutes before schedule and want to schedule another interview after they already scheduled a job offer. And the corporate recruiter stopped working for the company halfway through the process. All in all, not a good impression.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical training and TNA questions. Interview itself was basic. Everything else was a turn off. Imagine being scheduled for a job offer and then being asked to interview again.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HGS (Bengaluru) in May 2014
Interview
