Interview
Had about 3 rounds of interview.
In the 1st round I was asked to prepare on a topic on the available process material and present it to the interviewers. Apart from which, questions were asked about my team management, project management skills.
2nd Round was with the Senior VP of the department who too questioned me to understand my strong skill sets and what improvement could I bring into the process.
3rd round was to submit a workflow assessment of a process and how I would like it to be changed.

Question 1
I was asked to provide a strength and a weakness. When I provided one of each, I was asked to provide another. I couldn't think of any in the interview. Interviewer stated that this means I do not have faults and I am successful all throughout my career with the company. This was tricky to answer for me at that time.

The HR quite efficient in the sense of they called a week after I applied for this position..but they didn't tell me what to bring during the interview. It just like I just need to bring my original certs and photo..that's it...The interviewers were quite friendly, asked so many questions...tried to make the interviewee feels comfortable...asked a lot about past experience and how it will fit the applied the position..

The interview was done in timely manner. The questions asked was in regards to position which I applied. The interviewer had the calibre and knowledge on compliance field. The interviewer was straight forward with the questions. Gave me a good explanation on the job scope and what will be required from me if I was selected for the position or role.
