I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2015
Interview
Very casual. They have high turn over for roles. Were looking for people who would stay longer than a year. They were interested in my background and ability to lift over 50 pounds. Wanted to know my hobbies and my personality. To get along with the team. The interview was laid back and they did not have a lot of qualified candidates.. i'm assuming.
Long and definitely intense. With multiple people but definitely eye opening and encouraging insight inspiring was definitely uncomfortable and unraveling company is defined as open door policy and aggressive approach
First interview was great but second interview, not so much. One of the panel members was quick to interpret and asked some condescending questions. Didn’t want to work there after that.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Habitat for Humanity (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2021
Interview
Really friendly and clearly communicated steps - included an HR screening call, a hiring manager 1:1 and then a peer interview. Very welcoming atmosphere and provided a great deal of information on the role and internal processes.
