Process took 3 weeks. Went through 2 phone screenings and an onsite interview. The onsite interview took 3 hours and I interviewed with 4 different people (the IT managers, HR, Customer Support Specialist). There was a technical interview on how to troubleshoot Mac issues, command line, and general IT questions. The non-technical were on questions about values and customer servicing skills. 2 days after the onsite I got an email saying I didn't get the position because they wanted someone with more Mac experience. So for pro Windows users, you may be out of luck.
