I had a great interview process. The team was welcoming and very transparent throughout the entire process. There were a few rounds of interviews that consisted of meeting with the hiring manager, a second manager of the larger team, a teammate, and then a tech challenge (role play) with the hiring manager, VP of Sales, and Sr. Director of the SE team. I felt prepared for every step in the process thanks to the help of the Sr. Recruiter. She guided me through each step and prepared me for the types of questions to expect, background on who I was meeting with, and checked in throughout the process to ensure I was still feeling good about the opportunity. I was impressed by how quickly the process moved and how valued they made me feel. I started my interview on the 12th and accepted my offer on the 28th. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Interview
I was connected to a sales manager and had a phone call with him. I then spoke with the recruiter and then met with the sales manager in person. I was then tasked with putting together a sales presentation/role play for a panel. Overall the process was a good one and they really take the time to make sure they are hiring the right person to put the new hiree in a position to succeed. While I do think they could have done a better job of flushing some of those questions out before having the candidate spend a lot of time on a presentation, I think the process was a good one overall.
