Easy. All you have to do is pass a written test with basic math and English questions and HR will ask you about your experience, why should we hire you, what do you know about Hallmark, etc. HR is really nice to you during the interview but you'll realize that once you have the job, they couldn't care less to help you with any problems you might be having.
