Hallmark Aviation Services Customer Service Agent interview questions

Easy interview process. The questions were basic customer service questions. Math questions, military time and Airport codes. Explain why you want to work in the airline industry. Must have a flexible schedule be able to work weekends, holidays and various shifts.

There's an hour long test on math, geography, airport codes etc. You will wait for the results and from there you will be interviewed by someone in HR. If you pass that interview, you will undergo another one with the Duty Managers and Business Managers of the account that you are applying for. After that, HR will tell you that they will let you know the results (call or email). In my case, I received a phone call as soon as i got off the elevator.
