I applied online, was contacted after about a week to come in for an interview after answering a few questions online, the person interviewing me was very welcoming and nice. Other people on here mention having to do a long questionnaire, but that wasn't the case for me. Met with the then-manager in the back room (storage) and he asked me about my experience in retail and how I would handle basic situations (busy registers, making change, disgruntled customer, etc) and then he hired me on the spot.

Only one interview. Very simple.
Also you are required to take a super long test that is simple- I think some simple 1+1 math, and behavioral questions asked over and over again but in different fashion and style.
For example (not exact questions but similar):
"Do you go to bars?" and then "Do you make friends at a bar easily?"
