Hallmark interview questions

A friend referred me to Guidant, the agency that took care of temp hires for Hallmark. After a short email conversation with a Guidant supervisor, she had me come in to meet in person. I brought my resume and my physical design portfolio in, met with two Production Supervisors and walked them through my previous job and an overview of each project. It was a very laid back interview. It seemed like they just wanted to make sure that I was fluent in Adobe CS and that I would fit the culture.

Phone interview was 15 minutes and easy. Canned questions were recorded. Outline of job description in my own words. Question regarding past experience in similar position. Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Standing, kneeling, lifting, stretching and walking. Interaction with other team mates, store personnel and customers.
